Advantech FWA-3230/3232 — Xeon E3-1225/1275 v3 or Core i5/i7, 6+2 GbE on the front panel, up to 32GB RAM, optional IPMI, shallow network-appliance chassis. This is a real Xeon with VT-d, well suited to running a hypervisor.
Advantech FWA-3260 — newer Xeon-D based (same chip family as the Supermicro pick), 4 server GbE + 2 management GbE + 2x 10G SFP+ all front-facing, up to 128GB RAM, PCIe expansion slot. More horsepower if you want multiple firewall VMs per box.
Lanner FW-8755 / FW-8865 — older Core2Quad or Xeon E3-1200 based, 7+ ports front-mounted, common in the UTM/firewall OEM world. FW-8755 is older/weaker (LGA775), FW-8865 (Xeon E3-1200, up to 21 LAN ports with add-on modules) is the more capable one.
